Reasons to adopt an adult cat

• Kittie will have already developed their personality
• Kittie will already know it’s way around litter tray etiquette and less likely to leave you a little warm squidgy present on the way to the bathroom at night
• What you see is what you get – remember that cute kitten that grew up to be an ugly adult (no we can’t think of one either, but that’s not the point)
• No neutering or spaying costs, kittie will already be done (especially if you get one from us)
• Kittie will be ready for the outdoors after a short two week period
• Kittie will be better behaved and you won’t have to peel kittie off of your bare skinned legs at mealtimes
• Your curtains are more likely to survive a 3 month period
• Your lap will be warmer – adult cats take up more lap space
• Adult cats are wise and knowledgeable and can give you universal secrets (once you have learned to talk cat of course)
• Adult cats will sleep while you work instead of using you as a cat tree
• Adult kitties won’t get any bigger unless you are feeding them waaaaay too much with naughty treats
• Adult cats are less likely to turn your new sofa into something that belongs in a skip, and will know exactly what to do with that specially designed scratching post
