Star – to be rehomed with Marina
Star came to us in very poor condition. The person who fed her on the street called us. She had given birth 2 days before to 2 little kittens but something went wrong and we took her straight to the vet. She had massive mastitis and her babies, unfortunately, passed away, and she came close.
After several days at the vets, she began to recover and this is where Star and Marina’s stories come together.
Star went to live with Marina and her babies and she turned out to be the perfect any. She helped Marina wash, educate and play with her babies – sometimes it seemed that the kittens were Star’s rather than Marina’s.
When Marina’s kittens found a family, Star also stayed waiting for someone to notice her.
They’ll need a cat flap and a home away from a main road.
