Description
Lola was an OAP had been found living as a stray in St Austell. She was in a very bad way, and we were in tears over her condition, she weighed just 2kg on her arrival to us, and was diagnosed with FIV (Feline immunodeficiency virus). We worked around the clock feeding her up and working closely with the vets to monitor and improve her condition, as she needed treatment for the rest of her life. Lola enjoyed sunny days and warm nights at the rescue, surrounded by so much love by not only our volunteers, but by visitors too. She passed away in February 2017 after touching the hearts of many – she is missed.
Lola’s legacy will ensure that we can continue offering other OAP’s the support they need in their sunset years. Anybody adopting an OAP from us will be financially supported by us with ongoing vet bills etc, so donations raised here will enable us to continue offering elderly kitties with a high quality of life.
We hope you enjoy the following gallery of not only Lola, but all the OAP’s that your donation has, and will continue to support.
